Whether it was posing for portraits, Christmas with family, or just hanging around the house, it seems a camera was always flashing. My mom, sister, and I could spend a whole afternoon browsing through the pages of photo albums retelling the stories portrayed in the images. Along with photos of my childhood, there was an occasional picture from my mother’s younger years. In more recent years we spent many evenings scrapbooking photos, preserving the stories with the images!
As the family torch passed from one generation to the next, I became the girl behind the camera, photographing family gathering, birthdays, anniversaries, and my aunt’s wedding.
I am a graduate of New York Institute of Photography.
